Motoring Club Launch
Halfords
When Halfords launched their new loyalty programme, Halfords Motoring Club, I was tasked with creating an email campaign and a series of landing pages, hosted within the main Halfords website. The purpose of the campaign, was to drive sign ups to both the free and premium schemes and ensure customers could keep track and of their benefits once a member with monthly statement emails and a dashboard style section on the website. Working with brand and POS designers, we ensured the customer journey was visually consistent whether in-store or online.
