Personalised Present Picker

Studio offer free personalisation on thousands and gifts and wanted a fun way to promote this in the run up to Christmas. Working closely with an Art Director and Copywriter we created the concept for the Personalised Present Picker chatbot. This allowed Studio to showcase the vast range of personalised gifts in an interactive and conversational way.
Working meticulously through the product list provided by Studio, I designed the user experience to create a comprehensive chat flow before working with a copywriter to ensure the flow was conversational. I then designed the visual look and feel of the chatbot cards in a fun vector style relatable to Studio's target audience and relevant to the Facebook Messenger platform the chatbot was hosted on with the addition of animated gifs for further engagement.
